Your safety and the safety of our current workforce will always be a top priority. To ensure that new applicants reflect our core values we have put together a list of items that will be required before joining our manufacturing team. 

To maintain quality and meet ASME requirements All welders are:

1. Required to take a welding test on site (test are scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am until 2pm)

2. Expected to operate a welding machine and it's components 

3. Show an understanding of safety in the workplace

4. Meet clothing and PPE Requirements for testing

PPE

* Required to test

• Safety glasses*
• Steel toe boots*
• Grinding shield*
• Leather welding gloves*
• Ear plugs*
• Welding hood*

Proper Clothing

• Long sleeve jean or canvas shirt*
• Blue jean or canvas pants*
• Welding caps or bandannas are optional* 

Unacceptable Clothing

• Tank tops
• Hoodies
• Shorts
• Sweat pants
• Tennis shoes
• Flip flops
• Clothing made of synthetic materials
• Clothing or Welding caps with offensive or derogatory images or language
