Energy Weldfab is committed to providing the best oil and gas processing equipment for our customers.  Since 1990, we have provided top quality products in the industry, largely due to our innovative and state-of-the-art designs.  But our commitment to quality doesn't stop there.  Energy Weldfab takes several rigorous steps before each vessel leaves our facility to ensure our product will more than exceed our high standards of excellence.

Purchasing Materials

Energy Weldfab believes that manufacturing a high quality product starts with the materials we purchase. We set very lofty expectations for all of our vendors, making sure they have the best products available, and are prompt with their delivery.  We refuse to use inferior materials on any of our products.

Hydrostatic Testing

In the oil & gas industry, it is vital that production equipment performs reliably, even under the most punishing environments.  At Energy Weldfab, we hydrostatically test every product to expose any possible defect that may have previously been undetected.  During the course of the test, we utilize different instruments and gauges to collect data.  If we find there are any defective materials, we will assess and fix the issue before the product leaves our facility.

Quality Control

Energy Weldfab, Inc. has set forth a Quality Control System that provides and ensures all of our products meet the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII, Division 1, Section 1, ASME B31.1 and referenced sections. 

All procedures and processes at Energy Weldfab, Inc. are evaluated annually to ensure compliance to the overall high standards of Quality Control System.
